During his time at the firm, Matt’s practice focused on banking, real estate, and corporate areas. He represented various financial institutions in connection with all types of real estate financing, portfolio lending, construction lending, loan syndications, and loan workouts and restructuring throughout the country. He also represented various privately held companies and developers in all aspects of real estate development including acquisitions, land, subdivisions and development, construction, leasing, and financing of a variety of projects.
