Melanie is a member of the Legal Talent Management Team. Her role focuses on firmwide legal recruitment and professional development & training. She works collaboratively with attorneys and staff across the firm to ensure efficient and effective processes in attorney and paralegal hiring, onboarding and evaluations. Melanie is also responsible for the implementation of legal training programs for individual practice groups and firmwide continuing legal education (CLE).
