With nearly four decades of experience, Nestor handles a wide variety of complex matters related to construction litigation and arbitrations, contracts, licensing, suretyship, building permits and codes, bid protests, and construction liens. Nestor’s professional journey, which includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney and holding the position of Division Chief while handling Special Gang Prosecution, equips him with a profound appreciation and understanding of all contributing factors in high-stakes environments.
