Ryan M. Lanouette is a paralegal in Hinckley Allen’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group, where he supports a wide range of complex corporate matters for the firm’s attorneys and clients. In his role, Ryan drafts key transaction documents, including resolutions, certificates, entity formation, state filings, and other governance documents. He also coordinates due diligence activities, manages transaction checklists and timelines, and assists with all aspects of transaction closings.
Before joining Hinckley Allen, Ryan served as a paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer LLP. In this role, he focused on emerging and growth-oriented companies, private equity, and venture capital. He brings experience assisting with the preparation, review, and filing of SEC and Venture Investment reports and filings, maintaining corporate record books, and supporting deal teams with Venture Investment financing rounds and M&A transactions.
