Steve’s practice is focused on real estate matters, representing a wide range of commercial real estate issues. A substantial portion of his work involves complex commercial real estate leasing projects. Additionally, Steve has experience in the areas of real estate finance and development, representing various financial institutions in connection with all types of real estate financing transactions, including construction lending, loan syndications, loan workouts, and restructuring. He also represents developers in all aspects of real estate development, including acquisitions, dispositions, and project financing.
Prior to returning to Hinckley Allen, Steve served as Senior Associate General Counsel for the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).
