Steve’s practice is focused on real estate matters representing a wide range of commercial real estate issues. In particular, Steve has experience in the areas of real estate finance and development, representing various financial institutions in connection with all types of real estate financing transactions, including construction lending, loan syndications, loan workouts and restructuring. He also represents developers in all aspects of real estate development including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and project financing.
