  • Represented a Connecticut-based bank in connection with a $42,500,000.00 permanent, participated mortgage loan on an office building in Buffalo, New York subject to Pilot bond financing.
  • Represented a Connecticut-based bank in connection with a $19,400,000.00 construction mortgage loan for a 160,000 square foot warehouse building and renovations to existing buildings in Milford, Connecticut.
  • Represented a Rhode Island-based bank in connection with a $12,000,000.00 permanent mortgage loan on a multi-tenant office building in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.
  • Represented a Connecticut-based bank in connection with a $10,000,000.00 permanent mortgage loan on a multi-building retail center in Westborough, Massachusetts.
  • Represented a Massachusetts-based regional bank in connection with a $20,000,000.00 permanent mortgage loan on a retail center in Groton, Connecticut.
  • Represented a Massachusetts-based bank in connection with a $20,000,000.00 participated construction loan on an apartment complex in Bloomfield, Connecticut.
  • Represented a New York-based regional bank in connection with an $8,000,000.00 mortgage loan for conversion and renovation of an office building to apartments in Hartford, Connecticut, involving subordinate financing from CRDA and DECD.
  • Represented the tenant in negotiating a long-term ground lease of a pad site in an existing shopping center for construction of a medical office building, including closing on the construction mortgage financing.
  • Represented the developer of a multi-phase residential condominium project in connection with construction financing of the project.
  • Represented the owner of a multi-building office complex in Avon, Connecticut in connection with creation of a common interest community and leasing to tenants.
