Previous articles in Construction Outlook magazine pointed out the pitfalls for contractors who submit inaccurate information as part of their efforts to receive prequalification, or as part of their bid with a DCAM Update Statement. It was noted that not only can the contractor’s bid be invalidated or denied prequalification, but that debarment can also result from such actions. (more)
