Hinckley Allen organized the nonprofit organization, obtained qualification under IRC §501(c)(3) and structured the governance and organizational policies and provisions of a multi-state educational reform advocacy organization. Compliance with federal and state lobbying rules, qualifications to do business and compliance with applicable state charitable solicitation laws were achieved. Conducted training of staff in lobbying and governmental affairs requirements. The firm created and provided similar services for an IRC §501(c)(4) organization to conduct broader lobbying activities.
