Represent the City of Portsmouth, NH in the acquisition of the historic Thomas J. McIntrye building from the federal government via the National Historic Monuments Program and in negotiations with a private developer for the rehabilitation and modernization of the project site consistent with Federal historic standards and requirements.  Legal services include providing strategic advice to City Staff and the City Council and the preparation and negotiation of a development agreement and a long term ground lease.
