Kevin Jerome Madden, a partner in Hinckley Allen’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group, will present “Legal Foundations of Business Acquisitions,” an interactive workshop hosted by the Babson College Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Club.
Kevin will discuss the essential legal frameworks that guide business acquisitions and the legal mechanics of closing a deal. The session will include a Q&A, giving attendees an opportunity to ask questions as they explore search funds, evaluate acquisition targets, and build their understanding of the acquisition process.
