Kevin Madden is a corporate attorney who advises private equity and venture capital investors, as well as public and private companies, on a broad range of transactions and corporate matters. From formation through exit, Kevin guides clients through complex mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth and venture financings, and divestitures. Kevin also advises financial sponsors and operating companies in matters related to incentive arrangements, employment agreements, joint ventures and restructurings.
Kevin’s experience spans industries such as technology, life sciences, healthcare, food and agriculture, and manufacturing. He takes a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to each engagement, combining legal precision with commercial insight. In addition to transactional work, he counsels clients on a wide array of commercial agreements—including licensing, non-disclosure, development, supply, and consulting arrangements.
Across all matters, Kevin partners closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and operational priorities, enabling him to anticipate issues, mitigate risk, and deliver clear, actionable advice that advances their business goals.
Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Kevin was a partner in the Boston office of a large, international law firm, advising private equity sponsors and public and private companies on corporate and transactional matters.
