Janelle will provide HR leaders, in-house counsel, and compliance professionals with a practical framework for identifying and managing the legal risks associated with workplace AI. The session will address how to inventory AI tools across the employee lifecycle, recognize high-risk features such as automated decision-making, monitoring, and biometrics, and connect their use to applicable employment laws.
Attendees will also learn how governance, policies, training, vendor management, and ongoing monitoring can support the lawful and transparent use of AI.
