This session brings together representatives of some of the key agencies and departments who are on the front lines of Chapter 224 implementation. Panelists, including our partner Charles Normand, will discuss recently issued regulations, guidelines, and procedures and to review “lessons learned” as the health system and regulatory oversight continue to evolve.

2014 was a time of increased regulatory activity in the Commonwealth as various agencies continued with the implementation of regulations and other initiatives stemming from the passage of Chapter 224 in 2012. Chapter 224 seeks to moderate health care cost growth through a variety of means.
