Massachusetts Bar Association: Massachusetts Bid Protests—Understanding Critical Issues

Joel Lewin, partner and co-chair of the Construction & Public Contracts Group, will be a featured speaker at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) Development and Construction Law Practice Group’s CLE Program, “Massachusetts Bid Protests: Understanding Critical Issues.” From the MBA:

This program will provide meaningful and up-to-date information concerning Massachusetts bid protests, which involve millions of dollars in public construction funds each year. Among the panelists will be an assistant attorney general from the Massachusetts AG’s “Bid Protest Unit,” as well as attorneys who have represented municipalities, labor unions and general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and suppliers regarding bid protests.
