Daniel J. Bourque and Arnold Rosenblatt, partners in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups, will serve as featured speakers at the New Hampshire Bar Association’s (NHBA) Intellectual Property Law Section’s CLE program, “Intellectual Property for the General Practitioner.”
Arnie, who brings significant experience in trade secret matters, will chair the CLE program and present on trade secret law. Dan will lead the discussion on patent law, leveraging his three decades of experience in intellectual property matters. From the NHBA:
This half-day seminar is designed to provide an overview of the major areas of IP law. Specific topics to be discussed will include: trade secrets, patents, trademarks, copyrights, contractual issues pertaining to IP including licensing agreements, and intellectual property issues in transactions.
