Arnie Rosenblatt is a Partner in Hinckley Allen’s Litigation group. With over forty years of experience as a trial lawyer, and one of the founding principals of his previous firm, Arnie successfully handles business disputes in state and federal courts, in regulatory settings and in arbitration. His extensive experience spans trying a wide range of jury and non-jury trials to verdict, dozens of preliminary injunction hearings, involvement in multiple mediations and arbitrations as well as serving as a mediator and arbitrator. His notable cases include successfully trying two of New Hampshire’s landmark trade secret cases, one on behalf of the prevailing plaintiff and one on behalf of the defendants, ultimately obtaining a defendant’s verdict.
In addition to his experience with trade secrets, Arnie covers a myriad of other business disputes such as intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, non-competition agreements and matters related to employer-employee relationships, lender liability disputes, contract actions, corporate governance disputes, and professional malpractice matters. As a result of Arnie’s reputation as a trial lawyer, he is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, where he previously served as Chair for the State of New Hampshire.
Based on his ability to resolve all types of business disputes, Arnie is a sought-out mediator. He also serves as an arbitrator and is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Commercial Arbitrators for Large Complex Cases and its Employment Panel and is on the panel of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).
Arnie is active in the business and legal communities and is a frequent speaker at seminars concerning business and intellectual property litigation.
