Corporate & Business Transactions Group attorneys Meaghan L. Krupa and Jessie M. Reniere will present “Legal Considerations for Start-Ups,” a workshop hosted by the Rhode Island Business Competition. Meaghan and Jessie will provide start-ups and entrepreneurs with an overview of foundational corporate matters, including entity selection, contracting, and corporate formalities. Meaghan also serves as Co-Chair of the Rhode Island Business Competition.
The workshop is free and open to the public. Networking will take place from 5:30–6:00 p.m., followed by the presentation at 6:00 p.m.
