Robert G. Flanders, Jr., a Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Law Group, has been named the Best Lawyers’ 2013 Providence Litigation – Real Estate “Lawyer of the Year.” As Chair of the Litigation Law Group, Flanders’ practice focuses on complex litigation, government investigations, and arbitration matters across a broad range of dispute areas for individuals, businesses, employers and governmental entities.
Gerard R. William R. Michael L. Koenig, a Partner and member of the Firm’s Litigation and White Collar Defense & Government Investigations practices, has been named the Best Lawyers’ 2013 Albany Criminal Defense: White-Collar “Lawyer of the Year.” Koenig represents, defends and advises corporate and individual clients in all aspects of white collar criminal matters, government investigations, corporate internal investigations and complex civil litigation.
Joel Lewin, Chair of the Construction Law Group, has been named the Best Lawyers’ 2013 Boston Litigation – Construction “Lawyer of the Year.” Lewin’s primary focus has been representing general contractors, owners, and subcontractors in complex litigation. Since 1990, Joel has been the firm’s team leader in representing the general contractors performing most of the construction of the “Big Dig” in Boston.
