Daniel M. Deschenes has been named Partner in the Firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Group. Deschenes focuses his practice on all legal aspects of the construction industry as well as public contracts and litigation. Deschenes received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, where he received his J.D.
Christina L. Lewis has been named Partner in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group. Lewis focuses her practice on labor and employment, litigation and educational institutions which also includes the representation of management in all matters relating to employment law. Lewis received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of Duke University School of Law, where she received her J.D.
Andrea J. Mealey has been named Partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Mealey focuses her practice on corporate and business and intellectual property. Her focus is on domestic and international trademark selection, prosecution and maintenance for clients ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies with multinational portfolios. Mealey received her B.A. from Harvard College and is a graduate of Suffolk University where she received her J.D.
