He advised owners, contractors, and developers in various phases of the construction process, including negotiation and arbitration of contract disputes and contract development. Dan successfully litigated cases for construction and commercial clients in state and federal court, as well as before numerous administrative agencies. Dan also handled litigation cases involving real estate and land use matters.
