Chris‘ practice is focused in the area of complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and construction litigation. He has broad experience in litigating commercial and employment, criminal, and construction matters in federal and state court and in arbitration proceedings. Chris provides thoughtful representation to a variety of clients, including public and private corporations, banks, hospitals, public agencies, construction firms, law firms/attorneys, and individuals. Chris is a former law clerk to the Hon. Mae A. D’Agostino, United States District Court, Northern District of New York.
Nathan’s practice is focused in the area of construction. He has worked with corporations, contractors, subcontractors, owners and developers, and design professionals on a wide array of commercial and construction matters, such as, contract development and negotiation, contract disputes, environmental, labor law and lien law matters, administrative agency issues, bankruptcy, foreclosure actions, property rights matters, real property tax law proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and business torts. Over the years, Nathan has received many awards and recognitions including the Francis H. Anderson Negotiation Award, Judge Merle Nahum Fogg, Jr. ’45 Moot Court Prize, and more.
