Nathan’s practice is focused in the area of construction. He has worked with corporations, contractors, subcontractors, owners and developers, and design professionals on a wide array of commercial and construction matters, such as, contract development and negotiation, contract disputes, environmental, labor law and lien law matters, administrative agency issues, bankruptcy, foreclosure actions, property rights matters, real property tax law proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and business torts. Over the years, Nathan has received many awards and recognitions including the Francis H. Anderson Negotiation Award, Judge Merle Nahum Fogg, Jr. ’45 Moot Court Prize, and more.
