Nathan’s practice is focused in the areas of construction contracts and litigation. He works with a wide array of clients including corporations, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, public and private owners, and developers on contract disputes, labor law and lien law matters, administrative agency issues, bankruptcy, foreclosure actions, property rights matters, real property tax law proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and business torts.

He advises clients on practices and approaches to avoiding and resolving legal disputes, if possible, including the development, drafting and negotiating of contracts, and claims resolution, but counsels clients with the preparation of claims and defenses should disputes arise.

Nathan’s litigation experience extends to handling complex construction disputes including bidding disputes, delays, design and engineering errors and omissions, performance defects and defaults, bond claims, mechanic’s liens, and termination.
