Nathan’s practice is focused in the areas of construction contracts and litigation. He works with a wide array of clients including corporations, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, public and private owners, and developers on contract disputes, labor law and lien law matters, administrative agency issues, bankruptcy, foreclosure actions, property rights matters, real property tax law proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and business torts.
