An Inaugural Milestone: Hinckley Allen Named a Best Place to Work in St. Louis for 2026

Hinckley Allen has been recognized as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in St. Louis, an honor awarded by the St. Louis Business Journal based on comprehensive employee survey data evaluating workplace culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This recognition is especially meaningful as the firm’s St. Louis Metro/Madison County, IL office, which opened in late 2024 as the firm’s eighth office across seven states, earned the distinction in its first year participating in the program. The office was established to serve clients in complex product liability and toxic tort matters, anchored by a team of seasoned attorneys with decades of experience in Missouri, Illinois, and nationally.

“Earning this recognition is a proud moment for our team,” says Tracy Phipps, Partner in the St. Louis Metro/Madison County Office. “This honor reflects the collaborative, people-first culture that defines Hinckley Allen. When talented people feel supported and valued, they do their best work, and our team here proves that every day.”

The Best Places to Work program evaluates organizations based on comprehensive and confidential employee feedback, measuring success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication, and more. Survey results show exceptionally strong employee sentiment, with a highly engaged workforce reporting high levels of satisfaction, advocacy, and intent to stay.

In addition to our recognition in St. Louis, the firm has also been named a Best Place to Work in Albany, Connecticut, and Rhode Island—a testament to the strength and consistency of a culture that transcends geography. Year after year, Hinckley Allen has fostered a workplace rooted in collaboration, respect, and professional growth. Guided by Hinckley Allen Cares and informed by employee feedback, the firm continues to invest in a supportive environment where attorneys and professional staff are empowered to thrive while delivering exceptional client service.

This year’s honorees will be celebrated on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis in St. Louis, MO.
