Hinckley Allen Expands Its Top-Tier Construction & Public Contracts Practice With New Partner, Antonino M. Leone

Antonino (Tony) M. Leone, joining as a partner, adds significant depth and expertise to the Construction & Public Contracts practice group. Tony joins Hinckley Allen in our Hartford office from Garcia & Milas, P.C.

“Tony’s experience as an engineer, along with his breadth of experience as a lawyer, will enhance our already excellent construction team.” said David Rubin, Managing Partner at Hinckley Allen. “We are very proud to welcome him to our firm.”

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tony worked as a licensed professional structural engineer responsible for the design and analysis of structural systems and components. In this role, he was also responsible for the preparation of contract plans and specification for the structural design of highway bridges and commercial, industrial and residential building projects.

As an attorney, Tony regularly represents and counsels construction clients in diverse business and commercial matters, including construction litigation, contract drafting and negotiations and employment issues. Tony’s background as a structural engineer is particularly valuable in his work for his construction clients. In order to better serve his clients, Tony maintains his registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut.

“Hinckley Allen has tremendous depth of talent,” said Leone. “I’m excited to be part of this nationally recognized construction & public contracts team and to help grow the practice.”
