Hinckley Allen Welcomes Meaghan L. Krupa, Corporate & Business Attorney


Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Meaghan L. Krupa as an associate to the Firm’s Corporate & Business group. Meaghan joins Hinckley Allen’s Providence, RI office from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, NY.

Meaghan has represented companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions in a variety of capital market transactions. She also has assisted clients with Exchange Act filings, and advised on the intricacies of federal securities law. Meaghan is committed to the advancement of small businesses and entrepreneurs, with a special focus on women-and minority-owned businesses.

Meaghan is a graduate of Duke University School of Law, J.D and LL.M, where she is an active alumna. She earned a M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, and her B.A. from Boston College.
