Hinckley Allen is proud to welcome a new attorney to its Providence office. Ryan M. Gainer has joined the firm as a member of the litigation practice group.

Ryan most recently worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William E. Smith, Chief U.S. District Judge, District of Rhode Island. Prior to working as a Law Clerk, Ryan was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York. He was involved in all phases of complex litigation matters, including hostile takeover litigation and securities class action litigation. He drafted motions at both trial and appellate levels, aided in discovery and helped in preparations for depositions and trial. Ryan received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. from Syracuse University.
