He also won summary judgment on behalf of a client in a complex constitutional case concerning the interplay between the Dormant Commerce Clause and the 21st Amendment. Finally, as part of a Hinckley Allen team, he won a significant victory in the federal trial court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals involving the copyright authorship of the iconic Game of Life.
