Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce the addition of Steven M. Altmann, an associate in the Real Estate group.

Steven earned his J.D. from New England Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Quinnipiac University. He has previously worked as an associate in the commercial real estate department of a mid-sized Massachusetts-based law firm, where he specialized in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, sale and leasebacks, leasing, land swaps, development, and borrower-side financing. With experience representing both buyers and sellers in hundreds of multi-million-dollar transactions, Steven provides savvy legal counsel to clients in connection with sophisticated real estate matters.
