Steven M. Altmann is an associate in Hinckley Allen’s Real Estate group. Steven is an experienced and pragmatic attorney, who guides and advises his clients through the complexities of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. His practice focuses on assisting buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and lenders with the acquisition, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets. Steven also assists clients with drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents, real estate due diligence, representation at closings, as well as pre and post-closing matters.
Steven received his bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University and his J.D. from New England Law | Boston.
