Christopher M. Dely, Counsel – Litigation
Dely joins Hinckley Allen in Chicago after previously practicing at Faegre Baker Daniels. He brings experience across all phases of litigation and has represented clients in complex commercial, toxic tort, and medical device cases. He advises clients on both the active work up and defense of cases as well as litigation management. Dely has assisted clients through obtaining dismissals and negotiating settlements.
Dely is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law, where he received his J.D. Prior to law school, he earned a B.A. from Michigan State University.

Alicia L. Anthony, Associate – Trusts & Estates
Anthony joins Hinckley Allen’s Providence office from Webster Bank, where she served as an Associate Fiduciary Services Officer. Alicia has experience in a variety of legal and fiduciary capacities, and has mastered writing and research skills specific to Trusts & Estates, including drafting and reviewing estate plans, probate, administration, wrongful death, and guardianship proceedings, interim and final accountings, and guardian ad litem reports.
Anthony is a graduate of the Roger Williams University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Prior to law school, Alicia attended Hilbert College, where she received magna cum laude honors for both an M.P.A. as well as a B.S. Alicia also has a B.A. from Hartwick College.
