As an experienced litigator Chris Dely represents clients in product liability, toxic tort, asbestos litigation and medical device matters. He advises on both the active work up and defense of cases as well as litigation management.
Chris has assisted clients through, obtaining dismissals and negotiating settlements for litigation clients, participating in arbitrations and mediation. Performing due diligence for acquisitions and providing counsel on Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations, laws and standards.
