Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that Nancy R. Wilsker, partner in the Corporate & Business Transactions Practice and former co-chair of both the Banking & Financial Institutions Law Group and the Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Group, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for YW Boston. This appointment highlights her commitment to community leadership and to initiatives supporting the advancement of women and people of color.
Since its founding in 1866 as the first YWCA in the nation, YW Boston has been at the forefront of advancing equity and dignity for all. Through its diversity, equity, and inclusion services, advocacy work, and youth development programs, YW Boston helps individuals and organizations transform policies, practices, attitudes, and behaviors with a goal of creating more inclusive environments where women, people of color, and especially women of color can succeed.
Nancy’s appointment underscores her experience and commitment to equity, education, and the advancement of women – principles deeply aligned with YW Boston’s core values. She also serves on Hinckley Allen’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, as well as the Board of Trustees for the Boston Bar Foundation and the Advisory Board of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network.
