Andrew’s practice focuses on resolving civil defense matters for individuals, corporate entities, and insurance carriers. With specific experience within asbestos litigation, product liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation liability, construction law, and insurance law matters. Defending clients in state and federal court, Andrew handles all stages of litigation and walks clients through all aspects of the process, including pre-suit investigation and strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial, so that they may make the best possible decisions in difficult scenarios.
He has also worked with and prepared many types of experts in defending cases for clients, including medical doctors, life care planners, rehabilitation specialists, and accident reconstructionists. As a result of his experience working on cases in the transportation, insurance, and construction industries, Andrew applies a strong understanding of medical billing practices, including the utilization of medical liens, which allows him to conduct thorough and realistic case evaluations and assess underlying biases with opposing expert opinions.
Andrew also has experience in sports & entertainment law and assists clients with negotiations, contracts, and litigation matters.
