Andrew R. Morin is an Associate in Hinckley Allen’s Real Estate group. Andrew’s practice specializes in the areas of land use & development, environmental law, and municipal law. In his prior experience, Andrew worked with many of Connecticut’s municipalities, as well as companies of various sizes and ownership structures.

Andrew provides counsel to property developer clients, collaborates with civil engineers, environmental consultants, and municipal staff, while also representing clients before land use agencies. Andrew also brings real property litigation experience to the firm and to his practice.

Andrew earned a B.A. in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, and a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.

  • Represented developers in the approval of a zoning regulation amendment, rezoning, and Preliminary Development Plan to redevelop a 47-acre, five-building, underperforming office park into a vibrant mixed-use commercial and residential community in Milford, CT.
