Brian’s practice focuses on the representation of individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal matters in state and federal court.

Brian represents individuals, businesses, and entities during complex civil disputes involving breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, alleged employer discrimination and retaliation, claims of negligence and invasion of privacy, partnership disputes, and consumer protection matters. He defends individuals and corporations during the course of investigations by state and federal authorities related to issues including marketplace competition, government contracting, and procurement fraud. Brian also has experience representing professionals facing disciplinary investigations and charges before professional licensing boards.
