Bridget Mullaney is an estate planning attorney advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning and estate and trust administration for individuals, families, business owners and fiduciaries.  She counsels clients on the design and implementation of customized wealth transfer strategies, tax-efficient plans, special needs planning, and business succession. In addition, she guides executors, trustees, and beneficiaries through the administration of estates and trusts, helping clients navigate complex legal, tax, and fiduciary issues with practical counsel.

Bridget works closely with her clients’ families and advisors to develop solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.  Her experience stretches from creating core documents, such as wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney, to advanced vehicles such as a grantor retained annuity trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, spousal limited access trusts, and private foundations. She thoughtfully advises clients with sensitivity, helping them carry out their wishes for their loved ones.

When needed, Bridget also represents clients in Rhode Island Superior Court, Massachusetts Family and Probate Court, and Rhode Island Probate Court to resolve trust reformation and accounting actions, contested matters, and guardianship petitions.
