Hinckley Allen’s Continued Strategic Growth
The addition of the Trusts & Estates team represents the latest chapter in a period of sustained growth for Hinckley Allen. In February 2024, Hinckley Allen entered the Florida market through its combination with a leading Florida construction and business law firm. The combination added seven attorneys and ten professionals and established the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, significantly strengthening its nationally recognized Construction & Public Contracts practice while expanding its ability to serve clients across one of the country’s fastest-growing business and real estate markets.
Later that year, Hinckley Allen expanded its Midwest presence with the opening of its St. Louis Metro / Madison County office, adding an eleven-person litigation team focused on complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort matters. The office marked the firm’s eighth location across seven states and built upon the success of its Chicago office, further enhancing the firm’s national litigation capabilities in a critical jurisdiction for high-stakes product liability and toxic tort litigation.
This latest expansion reflects Hinckley Allen’s continued strategic growth. In recent months, Hinckley Allen has welcomed recent additions including: Ned Sackman (Business Litigation), Jason Casey (White Collar & Government Enforcement), Linda J. Cohen (Health Care), Christopher D. Romeo (Intellectual Property), Christopher H. Suh (Trusts & Estates), Corporate & Business Transactions lawyers, Madeine M. Ursini, Alexander J. Queen, and Ryan P. Schaitkin, and welcomed back Real Estate lawyers Steven D. Catanach and Olaleye A. Onikuyide.
