Chelsea A. Tryder is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Business group, focusing on Corporate Trust. Before joining Hinckley Allen, Chelsea was an Associate at Locke Lord in Boston, MA. In this role, her practice concentrated on a wide variety of matters related to the issuance of tax-exempt bonds, including representation of issuers, borrowers, bank purchasers and underwriters in connection with revenue bond transactions.
Chelsea also has experience serving as bond counsel to various cities, towns, state agencies, counties, districts and political subdivisions.
