Chris Kelly has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate law and joined Hinckley Allen in 2022. Before joining the firm, he served as in-house counsel for Union Pacific Railroad Company, a Fortune 200 company, where he oversaw legal matters for a $500 million real estate portfolio across the western United States. He led negotiations on land acquisition, development, and construction agreements for major capital projects, including serving as the lead attorney on a $500 million railroad classification yard project. He also regularly advised the company on more than $20 million in annual property sales.
