Chris’s estate planning practice spans sophisticated trust structures, business succession planning for closely held businesses, and comprehensive wealth transfer strategies. He regularly drafts complex planning instruments, including irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and generation-skipping transfer trusts. His work also includes prenuptial agreements, charitable giving strategies, trust reformations, asset protection planning, estate administration, probate litigation, and preparing and filing gift and estate tax returns.
Known for making complex legal and tax concepts accessible, Chris helps clients understand their options and make informed decisions aligned with their family and financial goals. He is also appointed by the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court to serve as a fiduciary and guardian ad litem in probate matters.
Before joining the firm, Chris was a partner at a boutique tax law firm, where he chaired the Private Clients practice.
