Chris advises clients on the full spectrum of trusts and estates matters, creating comprehensive estate plans that include sophisticated trust structures, business succession planning for closely held businesses, and comprehensive tax mitigation and wealth transfer strategies.
He regularly drafts complex planning instruments, including irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and generation-skipping transfer trusts. His work also includes prenuptial agreements, charitable giving strategies, trust reformations, asset protection planning, estate administration, probate litigation, and preparing and filing gift and estate tax returns.
