Chris has over 20 years of experience representing Delegated Underwriting & Servicing Lenders and Approved Seller/Servicers in connection with the financing of multifamily and mixed-use properties originated under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan platforms. Chris also has extensive experience representing U.S. banks and other financial institutions in real estate and asset-based financing transactions, including acquisition, construction and permanent financing of office, retail, hotel and multifamily projects throughout the United States.
