Eneida Bennett is a paralegal in Hinckley Allen’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. She assists the team with business entity formation and maintenance, manages corporate records for the Providence office, including annual report preparation and filing, supports corporate transactional matters, and oversees the audit response process for all of Hinckley Allen’s offices.
Eneida received her B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and her A.S. in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island.
