Jacqueline F. Redmond

PartnerSt. Louis Metro / Madison County

Jacqueline Redmond is a civil litigator who defends product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort matters. She is particularly known for her work on cases related to asbestos, chemicals, and drugs. Jacqueline represents insurance companies and corporations in complex tort litigation throughout Illinois and Missouri, with a concentration in Missouri’s St. Louis City and St. Clair, Madison, and McLean Counties in Illinois. Her experience includes representing self-insured corporations and insurance companies in the defense of Illinois and Missouri Workers’ Compensation claims.

Striving to limit clients’ potential exposure and liability, Jacqueline identifies her clients’ needs early on so that she provides the best possible legal strategies. With a diverse practice and client roster, Jacqueline particularly enjoys working with clients on unique legal issues and business challenges. She has won numerous motions before the courts on behalf of her clients and successfully argues before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.

Before joining Hinckley Allen, Jacqueline was a shareholder in the St. Louis office of a full-service, multi-office law firm. She began her career resolving workers’ compensation matters in a mid-sized, St. Louis defense law firm.

In addition to her thriving practice, Jackie is devoted to raising awareness and accessibility of legal representation for underserved communities. In her previous firm, she served as the firm’s Director of Pro Bono to support a range of pro bono work provided by attorneys at that firm.
