Kylie is a member of Hinckley Allen’s Litigation Group, where her practice focuses broadly on complex commercial litigation, investigations, and employment matters.

Kylie provides counsel on numerous employment issues including wrongful termination, non-competition covenants, breach of employment agreements, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.  She has experience handling matters before state administrative agencies as well as state and federal courts.

Kylie’s litigation practice focuses on a range of commercial issues, including breach of contract, fraud, business torts, shareholder litigation, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. She also represents clients in connection with government and internal investigations concerning compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. She has significant experience navigating anti-corruption and enforcement matters, and has represented domestic and international clients in connection with investigations involving misconduct, including foreign corruption, insider trading, and fraud.

Kylie received her bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude.
