Kylie is a member of Hinckley Allen’s Litigation group and her practice focuses on a wide array of litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and bankruptcy matters.
Kylie brings experience representing corporations in complex litigation before state and federal courts, as well as arbitration tribunals. She also has experience representing debtors and creditors in significant bankruptcy proceedings.
Additionally, Kylie has experience navigating anti-corruption matters, and has represented domestic and international clients in connection with investigations involving a range of misconduct, including foreign corruption, insider trading, and fraud.
Kylie received her bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude.
