Micaylee R. Uhls is an associate in Hinckley Allen’s Litigation Group, where she resolves civil litigation disputes. Micaylee focuses her practice on premises liability, toxic tort defense, as well as medical and legal malpractice defense, counseling clients across all stages of litigation, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation. She handles a broad range of research, due diligence, drafting and negotiation on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Before joining Hinckley Allen, Micaylee was a litigation associate in the Illinois office of a mid-sized, full-service law firm. Her experience also includes working as an associate in a national litigation firm. Micaylee began her career as a law clerk in an insurance defense boutique.
