Nancy Fisher Chudacoff is a trusts and estates attorney with more than four decades of experience in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and guardianships. Nancy has particular depth in planning for people with special needs and is known for her practical approach to designing and administering special needs trusts. Nancy also counsels on related Medicaid and Social Security matters.
A Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a charter member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP), Nancy is a thought leader on guardianships and special needs trusts. She is often invited to share her knowledge with parent groups, bank trust departments, attorneys, and others. Nancy has also presented at the National Conference of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and before the Rhode Island Bar Association. She is a co-editor and contributor to “A Practical Guide to Estate Planning in Rhode Island,” published by MCLE New England.
