With almost five decades of trial experience, Bob is known for disposing of virtually any dispute related to construction contract disputes, construction defects, bid protests, product liability involving construction materials, and professional liability claims. Bob is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer, confirming his substantial knowledge and involvement in construction law.
Before joining Hinckley Allen as a partner in the firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Practice Group, Bob was a shareholder of Ferencik Libanoff Brandt Bustamante and Goldstein, P.A., a boutique construction law firm in Florida. Bob began his career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, serving as Area Defense Counsel, Chief Circuit Trial Counsel, Appellate Government Counsel, and Adjunct Faculty at The United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s School teaching trial advocacy. Preparing for and conducting many high-stakes trials, Bob solidified a deep commitment and a formidable reputation as an exceptionally skilled trial lawyer.
