Robert E. Ferencik, Jr. and Nathan R. Sabourin, partners in the Construction & Public Contracts Group, will participate in The Seminar Group’s 15th Annual Construction Law in Florida program. This event convenes construction attorneys and industry leaders to address emerging risks, legal developments, and practical strategies in Florida’s construction sector.
As Program Co-Chair, Robert will help lead this two-day program focused on legal and business issues in the industry. He will also present “Record Keeping” on Wednesday, September 30, providing guidance on maintaining project documentation to support compliance, project management, and dispute resolution.
Nathan will join the “Immigration Issues” panel on Tuesday, September 29, to discuss immigration-related developments and their impact on contractors, construction employers, and other industry professionals. His presentation will explore workforce compliance, operational preparedness, and strategic risk management for contractors navigating a changing legal and regulatory landscape.
