Robert L. Harris

Chief Talent Officer

Robert is responsible for overseeing talent management, legal recruiting, professional development & training, and practice management functions for the Firm’s five Practice Groups.  He works closely with the Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer and the Practice Group Leaders to ensure that attorney recruiting and retention policies are aligned and integrated to support the Firm’s strategic plan. Robert also acts as a liaison between the Practice Groups and administrative departments in the firm to coordinate practice support across all service areas, including finance, marketing, business development and information technology.
